Returns – Exchanges – Sale Items

We hope you always love your purchases but in case you don't, here are the rules …

  • Returns are accepted on items that are in the same condition as when we sent them. Items must not be used, worn, or washed and must have all tags in place. You can return or exchange within 10 days of receipt of purchase for a full refund on your credit card. Returns must be post marked within this 10 day period.
  • We DO NOT refund shipping and handling charges.
  • All SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALES.

Shipping & Handling

  • All orders placed after 3p.m. CST will be shipped within 24 – 48 hours (m-f).
  • Fedex - Ground delivery available Monday through Friday excluding major holidays.
  • We ship all our packages via Fedex - Ground. Please allow approximately five business days for processing and shipping.
  • All non-US shipments are sent via UPS International, shipping will be calculated at the time of order processing. These shipments may incur additional customs, taxes or fees by the country the items are entering. Those fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • You may request next day air or 2nd day air for an additional cost.
  • Occasionally an item is damaged in shipping. If that is the case, notify us immediately and we will file a claim with the shipper. Please DO NOT dispose of the damaged merchandise or packaging unless instructed to do so. Disposal of the damaged merchandise or packaging without our authorization may void any damage claim and no credit or replacement will be issued.
  • We CAN NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • No C.O.D.
