checkered moon was founded by sharon crow in october of 2000 in champaign, Illinois. sharon’s style stems from her florida roots – a blend of modern, friendly, and fun rolled into a shop! she added her second store in the quaint town of mount dora, fl (just outside of orlando) in february 2014. checkered moon prides itself on it’s great energy, great staff, great selections and most of all it’s great customers!
